It's that time of year again! Summer is winding down (say it ain't so!) and football season… I mean, Fall… is right around the corner. It's the time of year to put all those Medicare certification hours to use! That's right, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't started thinking about it yet, we are fast approaching the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) for Medicare beneficiaries.

That said, URL's 2020 AEP Medicare Connections Conference at the Hershey Lodge on September 4^th is a great opportunity for producers to learn and network in preparation for the upcoming Medicare annual enrollment season.

My father used to tell me, "Good enough is not good enough." I can't say my dad is much of a philosopher, and as a lazy kid I will admit I heard what he said but didn't really know what it meant. Now, as an adult, I understand that he was saying, if you think you're good enough, think again, because there is always someone that will outwork and out hustle you. Don't get complacent. My dad isn't philosophical like a Vince Lombardi or Confucius, but there's a lot of truth to his statement.
